Daniel joined afg& McCann Worldgroup from DDB London in 2011, and as Managing Partner is responsible for the agency´s Purina grocery brands and agency operations. He has a track record of creating comms that strengthen the long-term value of his clients’ brands whilst winning creative awards along the way.

Armed with a degree in psychology, his first agency was at WCRS, a highly creative London independent which shaped his outlook on the value of great work and what truly makes great client relationships. He then moved to DMB&B where he ran many international and local accounts from Fiat to the agency´s huge UK government business and was promoted to Head of Account Management.

In 2003 he joined Dave Trott at CTS as New Business Director, and after 2 successful years was hired by Burkitt DDB as MD. When in 2007 the agency was merged into parent DDB London, he then led the global pitch for Unilever’s Flora & Becel business, and ran the agency´s Nestle Purina EMENA account.

Daniel moved to Barcelona with afg& in 2019 and is fortuitously fluent in Spanish. He is married with 2 grown-up daughters, and for fitness and much needed peace of mind, walks whenever he can.

With over 20+ years’ experience Dora is an inspirational business leader, deeply experienced in the Russian Market, as well as Regional and Global businesses. As the Business Director leading the AFG Moscow Team for 4 years, Dora was the lead on Nestlé Purina, Nesquik and CPW businesses in Russia. A native Hungarian, Dora has run a mix of international and local client businesses across many different categories – including blue chip clients like P&G, McDonald’s, L’Oreal, Henkel, MasterCard, Coca-Cola – and of course, Nestlé. Before joining our regional team, Dora was the Managing Director of FCB Moscow, an IPG sister agency, handling clients such as Beiersdorf, Mondelez, Castorama, Rosbank, Knauf. 
Dora is married and has two gorgeous and witty girls, Olivia and Maya, who are begging for a puppy and will probably get one very, very soon.

Most notably she has worked across the Nestle Purina Europe portfolio of clients for the past 9 years where she relaunched Dog Chow, helped define and develop the pan-European digital ways of working and attended countless brand engagement sessions.  Tara’s passion to keep the consumer at the heart of all she does ensures that deep insight is present in every communication.

As a well-traveled Franco-American, Jonathan is a poly-cultural thinker. Growing up in France and having studied business and military strategy at The London School of Economics and at King’s College London, Jonathan is currently based in California where he guides the strategy of brands AFG& serves in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. His experience at AFG includes petcare (Purina), healthcare (Blistex, Dentek, Summer’s Eve, Thera Tears) and many spirit brands (Glenmorangie, Grand Marnier, Moet & Chandon).

Prior to joining AFG& in 2010, Jonathan worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day on food (Uncle Ben’s) and automotive (Nissan), at La Agencia de Orci on automotive (Honda hispanic) and insurance (Allstate hispanic), at The Richards Group on automotive (Hyundai), at McCann-Erickson on petcare (Fancy Feast), automotive (Garrett Turbochargers), restaurants (Ihop), healthcare (Nasal Comfort) and defense (Northrop Grumman) and at J. Walter Thompson on fresh juices food (Bolthouse Farms) and toys/video games (Bandai).

Jonathan is also the author of AFG’s proprietary SEAL strategic process, designed to help brands meaningfully differentiate themselves by simply leveraging, in a distinctive way, the deeper cultural semiotic meaning of their unique equities and history.
